I knew I shouldn't have taken that ink blot test. Why couldn't my subconscious have been driven by something "fascinating" and mysterious like sex (Tony). No, apparently my mind is filled to the brim with cheese-e-ness.

After a long week filled with several late night taco runs, a couple of midterms, and a tad bit of studying there's nothing like a warm extra cheesy homemade patty-melt. These were very delicious considering this was Iron Chef Randall's first attempt ever to make these. Nothing beats a patty-melt and a tall carafe filled with ice cold beer. Cheers!
